In the event that the consumer is not satisfied with the products received in accordance with the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users, he/she will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return it from the reception of the product, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons
For any exchange or return it will be necessary:
– To be within fourteen (14) calendar days from the material receipt of the items by the consumer.
– The products must be in their original and unused condition, with all Ze Garcia labels and dress ribbons intact along with the documentation included.
– The return must be made by the consumer in the original packaging and must be sent to the following address:

Once the product that the consumer wishes to return or exchange has been received, always in compliance with the provisions of this return and exchange policy, the consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs.
In the event of financing the purchase, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which we are informed of the decision to cancel and once the return has been accepted by Ze García in accordance with these conditions, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the order.
Ze García will not accept exchanges or returns of items that are used, worn, damaged or do not comply with this return and exchange policy. These items will be returned to the customer and, therefore, will not be exchanged or refunded.
